Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Ebelle Home. Processing Time Orders placed before 3:00 PM (15:00) are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Bpost.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.
Delays
Ebelle Home is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Ebelle Home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used candles cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
